1. Size and placement
Specify dimensions in millimeters and show where the design belongs on the plate, bowl or tray. Include the decoration boundary or product drawing when available. Identify whether dimensions refer to the artwork or finished decoration.
2. Artwork files
Prepare editable source files and a viewable PDF reference where available. Outline fonts or supply licensed fonts, include linked images, and clearly label each artwork version. Confirm accepted production file types before transfer.
3. Color references
Identify critical colors and provide a physical reference if possible. Screen colors are only a guide. Agree how the printed proof and the molded sample will be evaluated.
4. Language and ownership
Have a fluent reviewer approve all text in every language version, including characters, accents and line breaks. Use artwork, logos and fonts that you own or have permission to reproduce.
5. Quantity and approval
State the quantity per design, the number of variants, the target date and who can approve the sample. Keep a single approved revision for production and repeat orders.
How to share files
Send your initial brief by email or WhatsApp. Attach artwork in that conversation or provide a sharing link with appropriate permissions. This website does not upload or store artwork.
