What is melamine base paper used for?
Melamine base paper is a blank substrate for printing decorative designs used in melamine tableware production. Printed paper and the relevant processing system must be evaluated together before a production run.
Which specifications should I request?
Ask for the proposed grammage, sheet or roll dimensions, print compatibility, resin absorption and wet-strength information. Confirm tolerances and validate a sample against your own process.
Can I print my own design or logo?
Share artwork that you own or are authorized to use, along with the intended product dimensions and quantity. File suitability and achievable color must be reviewed before production.
Will the printed color match the screen?
