- Quantity: use a clear unit and separate each design or grade.
- Destination: country, factory city and delivery point.
- Schedule: requested sample date and desired arrival date.
Compare the same scope
Check whether quotations include sample preparation, treatment, cutting, packing and transportation. Request the currency, payment terms, shipping terms, quotation validity and the events that start the lead-time calculation.
Plan an international shipment
Provide the final delivery city and country separately from any preferred port. State your requested shipping terms and list the commercial documents your import team needs to review. Confirm responsibilities for freight, insurance, clearance and local delivery in the quotation.
Keep approvals traceable
Reference the approved sample, paper grade and artwork revision in the order. Make sure any substitutions or changes are reviewed before production begins.
